'FLOOD'S A COMING' by Chiu Kwong Man
Chiu Kwong Man is an artist living in the UK who has been published in a number of international anthologies. Flood's A Coming was originally published in issue 2 of Ink Soup. His abstract narratives often take on allegorical meanings, rich with surreal and mythological symbolism.
