This is an A6 landscape format # w/ sewn string binding. As the title suggests it's about someone on a mental health regime, since getting diagnosed w/ a mental health problem. It's from America & not my usual zeen fare. & From the doldrum-dwelling zeens on mental health or mental illness I'd seen before I wasn't expecting much. This was better than I expected, its focus was on health & treatments rather than suffering & illness. Or, it was written in a matter-of-fact tone without trying to bog it down w/ drama. Bits of it are blog entries, covering topics like diagnoses, medication, therapy, treatments etc. If you want a zeen about mental health this'd be a good place to start.
