  • Greg Rucka of Walking Dead will be at Third Place Books in Lake Forest Park, WA on Tuesday, June 16 at 7 PM.
  • Heroes Con is coming up!  All fans of superheroes residing in Charlotte, North Carolina and nearby counties had better be there, June 19-21.  Jeff Smith will be present.
  • Also on June 19: Julia Wertz of Fart Party will be at Needles and Pens in San Francisco.  And on June 27, she'll be back in Brooklyn, at Union Pool, to partake in a panel about making autobiographical comics.  Bonus: Union Pool is a bar.
  • Danielle Corsetto's Girls With Slingshots Webcomic was recently mentioned on AfterEllen.com, now that formerly-straight character Jamie has entered into a lesbian relationship.
  • Have you ever wished that some of your favorite cartoonists would do paintings of some of their favorite literary figures?  There's a blog for that.
  • Canada (specifically CBC Radio) wants to hear your top 10 graphic novels!  Comment away.
  • In case you missed it at MoCCA, Green Blooded: An Introduction to Eco-Friendly Feminine Hygiene, the new mincomic by Cathy Leamy, is available for sale online!  Finally: women everywhere can be anatomically ecological.
