Intertwined #3

via NeuFutur Magazine by admin on 3/22/08

All that I can start out this review with is a big "Wow!". This zine is just one of a very few that can do what is called a perzine properly. The emotion contained in this issue, the heavy sense of loss that permeates this issue, all the letters and the characters and bits of ink that are used to make this zine are infused with this. Most of this issue is text, paragraph after paragraph, and it just does not get old at any point. I was walking around my room and just reading, just digesting this excellent magazine, almost at tears as I linked some of my experiences to Marla's, and just wondering how such perfection can be placed in something so small. While there are a number of separate subjects covered in this issue, the way that Marla links all of them together is just flawless. The price of this issue is not discussed in this specific issue, but I would say that $1 or an equivalent trade would do Marla well. Make sure that you email here at femme-dyke@mindspring.com before you do any of this, as she might want something else or have a new address.
