David couldn't make it to this year's Newcastle Zine Fair so I took some of his zines along to sell at the Blackguard table. Along with his iZine 2.0, he sent me a bunch of his new zine, Chicks With Horses. It was a big hit! and sold out. Five minutes after that a girl came zooming up and said, "Hey! Isn't this the table that had the Chicks With Horses zine?!" She was devastated to learn they had sold out. Not only that, but over at the Smells Like Zines table, we found out that Elouise was selling a zine called On The Look-Out For Women And Horses.
Anyway, David's zine is true to its title all right. Inside there's photos of, among others, (Aussie supermodel) Miranda Kerr, (NSW Premier and total hottie) Kristina Keneally, Paris Hilton and Megan Gale all standing next to, or holding the reins of, a horse. There's even horse racing crash photos for added excitement!
